Sunday Evening matters!! Quality time supposed  to be spent with parents. When my mom is busy preparing herself for a marriage , dad is busy ironing his shirt i took to writing. As my mom kept screaming for my behavior this evening with my Laptop i continued to draft something serious. Yes, it is a sad reality that is happening around us which i thought i should jot it down for the readers of my blog and also to record my views on a social forum. Today i took to the education system on hand. May be a heavy subject for me handle at this point in time however, got some concrete proofs to validate my views here. Our education system is declining day by day. The ultimate purpose of education should be to enlighten the spirits of the students, instill hope, confidence and ingrain the deep rooted value system in order to make them nation builders. It gives me immense confidence when I find people with similar motives, attitudes, and approaches to life. One such person who I met today is Mr.K. Yes, Mr.K brings about 15 years of experience in Electrical engineering and Safety. A man with high social consciousness and firm belief in his views and opinions. Not to be easily taken and go misjudged by his speech or humility. However, when he gets going on stage there is no stopping him. A man with depth of knowledge and skills increased level of awareness and with thousands of contacts in his fold is running the show. When he started his organization (X) along with his friend as a partner there weren't too many takers. However he waited, he did not give up and kept going with the attitude of sharing and creating awareness to individuals, employees, corporates, and to provide solutions to problems. Emotions are the cognitive process however, Iam not out here to conduct a lecture or give notes on the background of emotions.Rather, this piece of information would provide some insights into the fundamental variations and the applications of emotions and rationality to different situations. For instance a manufacturing sector or any company in particular in the sector let us see how the two works. Industry by and large is a trade offs as we are all aware and it is a transactions supported by agreements.There is some amount of expectations from the customers and from the manufacturers which gets fulfilled during a deal. Similarly, in achieving the business targets there is a lot of rationale to it. The logical application results in better output and increased production. However, we forget the clues.
