Impacting Individuals

It gives me immense confidence when I find people with similar motives, attitudes, and approaches to life. One such person who I met today is Mr.K. Yes, Mr.K brings about 15 years of experience in Electrical engineering and Safety. A man with high social consciousness and firm belief in his views and opinions. Not to be easily taken and go misjudged by his speech or humility. However, when he gets going on stage there is no stopping him. A man with depth of knowledge and skills increased level of awareness and with thousands of contacts in his fold is running the show. When he started his organization (X) along with his friend as a partner there weren't too many takers. However he waited, he did not give up and kept going with the attitude of sharing and creating awareness to individuals, employees, corporates, and to provide solutions to problems. As I was interacting with this gentleman (My definition to gentlemen is a person with ZERO EGO causing Zero Defects to people) he shared something that was phenomenal and was in line with what I had heard it from my school of thought(MS). He said that his ultimate motive is to provide solutions to too many complex problems in the organizations. Interestingly, he also said the various companies' practices in terms of safety and their negligent incidents and accidents, the measures they take to camouflage it. A person with complete adherence to systems, protocols, and discipline is hard to find and he remains as such.
Mr.K a salute to you and as I have committed my contribution to your organization's betterment will continue to be there.

What makes a good mentor-mentee relationship - startupanz.com

Yet another individual who I spoke to an hour ago was Mr.RKP. He brings about 3 years of experience in HR. RKP is now in the middle management handling critical C&B at one of the start-ups which have 89% market share in the US. RKP is known to me since 2009 and a very good friend of mine. The best part about RKP is in confidence, approach towards life, and his magnanimous personality. I had learned many things from RKP, from managing career, choosing and making right moves, and creating a niche space for ourselves in the market. We spend at least 2 hours a week to brainstorm, share industry updates and to test ourselves where we stand in terms of information, knowledge, and skills. RKP is highly competent but a polite personality grown purely by his skills and talent in his previous employment. As a plateau was felt he has quit and moves on. Hats off to RKP for continuing to remain as a good friend and a wellwisher and a person to be admired for a variety of reasons.

Many such individuals are there and some holding senior positions as well however, I may take their consent before I do share my interfacing with them.

My intention here is to bring it to all your notice these change agents in the society who is to be looked at for obvious reasons. I'm sure the media and the people are going to recognize them in the near future but beforehand I wished to recognize them via my blog which would be followed by at least a handful.

We all have one thing in common. "Follow your dreams, do what you love, Peace of Mind Guaranteed."

Read and leave your feedback and comments.
