With rising MOOC there is a transition from LMS to LXPs, there are learning cohorts can be brought together and encourage a community approach to learning for those with same learning needs. This community approach makes learning fun and bring different perspectives.
12. Wellness Initiatives:
Form groups, engage in daily routines focusing on Nutrition,Exercise, Stress Management, form successful habits by creating challenges within small interest groups. Having an accountability partners within every group makes the team stick to the routine strictly.
